For your personal safety, please read and abide by the following:

All participants will be provided a life jacket upon rental. This must remain in the watercraft with you while on the water. Participants under the age of 13 must wear one while on the water. These items are required by Texas State Law.

While fishing you must abide by all laws and regulations set forth by Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Your Fur-Animals are welcome on the watercraft. Your animal must remain under your control at all times and you assume all responsibility for them. 

Help us keep our ecosystem happy and healthy. Please dispose of all trash properly. 

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed aboard our watercraft. If our staff feels you are under the influence, you will be refused service for your safety. 

In the event of stormy weather, you have the option to rain check your reservation. We will keep in constant communication. 

Storms can pop up unpredictably in Central Texas. If you find yourself on the water in our watercraft in a storm, get to the shore as quickly and safely as possible.
